Hi
I have a 1964 MF135 that has been having problems consistent with an intermittent fuel blockage. Usually under load and then will re-start after a period of time. I was checking the small filter/screen at the fuel injector pump ( end plate assembly) , however when I pulled the filter/screen out the piston and springs came with it and I am now not 100% certain what order they go back. A few specific questions I am looking for guidance on
1. Can I re-assemble with the end plate in-situ or should I take the end plate off, reassemble and then re-attach the end plate to the pump
2. I am struggling to find aa accurate schematic of the parts to show the order of assembling
3. There are 2 piston retaining springs which look the same , one might be a bit stiffer than the other ... what order are they assembled?
The Fuel injector is a : CAV DPA 323 0070 SET: MW46/850/6 SER 10012 N
