You're referring to the 1960's to 1970's garden tractor, right?
If so, they made a loader for the front end and not sure if it's OEM or someone made it but there's snow blowers and blades made. See pics below.
A blade should be relatively simple to make. I'd consider starting with a blade made for an ATV. Once you have something like that, making a mounting assembly to your tractor should be straight forward.

I had a 42 inch blade that came off my old bolens tractor. I put it up for sale last fall. Got one call on it but they didn't buy it. Brother in law said he had one also and tried to sell it and no bites on it. I had it priced at $100 OBO. Ended up giving it to a neighbor just to get it out of my hair.

So ... you might look on craigslist and FB market place for a used garden tractor blade. You might get lucky and save a few bucks.
