Need Help on Adjusting Cables RTV 900

Gotten very difficult (more than usual) to get out of reverse and seems to jump out of 4x4. Runs fine otherwise. Any links to specifically how to adjust cables around. Can't afford the dealer. Its a 2004

How many hours on your last transmission service ?
What condition is the fluid in ?
Did you go back with OEM Fluid and Filters ?
How many hours on machine ?

Thanks to all. Machine is 2004 has 500 hours all oem replacement filters always garaged. Last hyd was 200 hours ago. Can I ask where this info is from? Which repair manual TIA
