New 2022 1835M Thoughts

stressedout

Good morning, folks. I'm looking at a new 2022 1835 M with a loader and wondering how reliable these tractors are with the regen exhaust. Tractor will be lightly used around a 2-acre lot and a 10-acre field of bush hogging.

My local dealer has about 6 of these tractors on the lot. Makes me wonder if there is an issue with them.
Thanks for any helpful input

No experience with Massey but here is a guy doing a review on it.

He has 6 2022 models still sitting there? Hmmm.

I don't have DPF on my tractor so can't help there. Others I do know that have it say they have to run their engine at pretty high RPM's all the time. DPF also seems to be one of the first problem areas, regardless of the tractor brand.

Doc beat me to it but I too would suggest you check out youtube videos from owners. Here's the first I saw.

So I have a 1840E and love it . But it has things i do not like. the first thing is the regen works just fine . But you have to work it
Not made to just Idle. they do not like That. Filters are a big cost and no Gauges no other Hyd hook ups. I would have to buy all of that
from Massey for big bucks. I have a backhoe on this and it works well. Just John Deer control all. I have ever ran was Cat stuff. That
took Some time to over come
