new big razor job comin up!!

got a big job comin in a few weeks .i'll be workin o it for a week or two but i will post some pictures if it when it's finished .it's an 08 razor the guy wants skid plates/front bumper/rear bumber/rops with top and built in speaker boxs and a slot for the stereo.he has two more razors that are in the lineup after this one.i have done a few atv's for them a suzulki king quad and a honda rincon.but this razor will be the biggest job yet.i'll be taking pictures of the jon from beginng to endi have a few of the honda i done i'll dig them up and post them.the one thing they all say is they ain't afriad to push or pull off of my bumpers or hit trees because they are really unbreakable.

oh and the good news they are gonna relase my son in two weeks if averything goes ok.aaayyeeeee!!!!dezi le bonne ton roulee!!!
 
thanks.. the group i rade with now has 3 razors i m gonna redo the oldest one that was flipped a few times.the cage is bent over to ones side about 3"so far i have done one of their suxuki king qduads and a honda rincon for them.the guy with the honda was kinda leary about leaving his brand new machine at my house while i do the work it only had like 2 or 3 hours on ithe would call me just about everyday to checkup on it.lol.i asked him what he was looking for and he said he wanted something with bling but something that could take a beating.so i took some of the design from a cadilac escalade and put the two together.the day he came to pick it up when i pulled the tarp off of it his eyes got so big i wish i would have taken a picture.he told me he could have searched the net and never found a design like the one i put on his .he was even happier when i told him he had the one and only bumper like that.he asked why i don't make more and i told him each bumper and rops is made to what the guy wants and there won't be another one like it.that guy brags on that bumper everytime we go ride infact he even demo's it by running into trees and stuff to show how tuff it is.i'm gonna go dig up some before and after pics of it to post for you.hopefully i will get the other two razors to do too .they also have about 7 other diferent typs of atvs they want done too so who knows what will because of this.

but the botas come first i did make ya'll a promis to help you guys out so i'm workin my way to getting a bota oneday i'll have one and you guys will beable to just name what you want and it'll be done.
 
the first few pictures are the stock bumper you can see it's mostly plastic.the other pics are as i was fabing it up and then a few of the finished bumper.the grill part is what i took off the escalde i bent the rion to fit the contour of the bumper.so he has yet to bend it and he's done puched people out holes and has been pulled from that bumper too.

i plan on doing a cuctom bumper for my dodge cummins with the help of my son who is going to get out in two weeks AYEEEEE!!!!!

oh i forgot it was a rubicon not a rincon.
 
i have a 12 ton craftsman i bend all the metal plates on my homemade plate bender.most if not all my fabrications stuff is homemeade.
 
Well I got the tops cut off and let me tell you don't think that a Polaris will all protect you...year things are made from metal less than 1/16 thick .should have enough done today to post as pic or two.
 
it's been a little while but i should have it finished for the end of next week .the guy threw me a curve ball when after i had his radiator relocated he showed up with a car radiator foe me to install insted of his original one so i had to do some cutting.pics are comeing soon .
