Off Road lighting

Has any one put off road lighting on a RTV 500?
I don't see well at night and need a heavy duty set that gives off a lot off light.
Any input would be great.

The biggest limitation will be the relatively small alternator the RTV 500 has on them. If you use a high draw off road light make sure you have a very good battery.

Nite Lites

I have the RTV900. The 55 watt halogen rectangular lights from China (i.e.,Harbor Freight or most any auto parts store) have been my best buy for the light given. Cost was in the $10-15 range per pair. If you have the plastic roof, you will probably need some type of grounded metal mounting bar. I used a regular toggle switch. Consider mounting a pair to the front, a pair to the rear, and one to each side. Also consider using one mounted under the rear bed for a back-up lite. Captain

P.S. Keep an extra set fot spare parts.
