We shopped around a little but when it came to customer service, Noone could beat massiks, customer service is very important to our family and while the two dealerships around us wouldn't give us the time of day, the man on the phone at massiks was very friendly, patient, and really seemed just happy that we did our order with them. Hopefully we will not need any more major work, if we do we will be happy to go back with them, and we are going to start getting all our filters through them as well. I really want to thank everyone on this forum who told me to go with them. We had over a thousand dollar order and for the local places to just be so rude, it just made me happy to give our business to someone that atleast acted like they cared, and made us feel important even though we are not some huge account.
