Engine oil filter bracket was broke off of the mount that isattached to engine.

Dealer ordering new bracket. May need to weld some support on the new one. Does not look very strong. This engine oil filterbracket is welded to the back of the A/C mounting bracket. Still using machine, oil filter hose is keeping thefilter on the machine.

Tommy I don't think has a RTV 1100 yet, but is in the making......I was thinking, with hismetal working skills, and seeing what a professional job he does on other things on the RTV's. Don't think that man would have any problemfinding a way to fix the problems that some are having with the support brackets on the machines ~~~~~~ just a thought >>>>>>

Yep went to do50 hr ck and my oil filter bracket busted to.Looks like
a pretty big job to put in new bracket as a/c might have to come off.
I'm just going to put a piece of flat steel with a couple bolts and fix it that way,Drilling holes a pain but looks easier then dealing withA/C.

Hi there2 guns
I live on an island andI bought the rtv from dealer in maine which is about250 miles away.So they will send me thenew bracket but it looks like a bear to put on.Plus it's not much of a rig anyhow. It;s just piece of
1/8flat steel and theyhang the oil filter on it.With all the shaking these motors do you would think it would bebeefieranyhow.

Is there any way you can have one Heavy Duty piece built at a machine shop.... you have the template to go by !!!!
