I recently purchased an Eagle snow plow setup for my 2007 Kubota RTV 900. I am having a problem with the winch mounting plate. If I line up the holes on the plate with the holes on the bumper, there is a wide gap between the plate and the bumper. It appears to me that the offset on the plate is the opposite of what it should be. I was hoping to at least get the winch installed this weekend. Has anyone had any recent experience with the Eagle winch installation on the same or similar RTV? Thanks in advance for any help.

I'd contact Eagle. They're a reputable company who I'm sure will stand behind their product!
Talked with customer service at Eagle. He said that the offset plate is in the winch mount box just in case you need it. He said that it is OK to bolt the winch mount directly onto the bumper. This means that there will only be two 12mm bolts holding the winch mount on the bumper. Does this seem adequate? The winch itself attaches to the winch mount with 4 bolts. Thanks for any advice, suggestions, concerns or comments that anyone might have!

I'll have to look at my mount, it's a warn but should be comparable....

Sorry for the late reply. Snow storm has had me busy! My warn is only two bolts also.
