I can't think of anything that would get hydraulic oil that hot on an RTV without attachments.Maybe - just maybe - if thebed dump valve wasstuck in the lowering position it might heat things up. And the multiple holes are odd, too. I could see one hole and the fluid would leak out pretty quickly. Multiple holes from heat doesn't make sense. Same thing goes for overpressure - one split but not two. </p>
Anyhow,keep an eye onyour power steering seals and your bed lift cylinder seals to see if they start leaking from the hot oil episode. And your hoses fittings, too. </p>
Kubota must have been concerned about the plastic tank if they offer a metal one for high hydraulic use. </p>
