Rear Brakes Squeaking, but they are wet brakes?

Sounds like the rear brakes are 'squeaking'.

That isn't making sense to me as they are bathed in hydraulic fluid from the transmission, right?

Anything I should be looking at/for?

The machine is 5 months old ~70 hours.

I use the machine to work, but don't abuse it.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Rtvx 1100C? Yes the brakes are in the gear case outboard of the differential. If the brakes are to tight or are overheated for any reason the steel plated can warp and cause intermittent friction. Some cheap oils can break down the fiber disks cause swelling and do the same. Low oil in the differential case can cause this. Make sure the E brake isn't dragging. Drop oil from diff case look for brake lining material

New rtv x2. Oil levels good. All Kubota recommended fluids. ~70hrs. Brake, engine, hydraulic reservoir, and vht all show full on the various dipsticks etc.

It squeaks under load only. That is going down hills, or decelerating quickly. Still under warranty, and will go in at 100 hours for service and warranty checks/repairs.

Just trying to figure out what may be going on?

Should it go in early?

Could a rock or debris have gotten in that area? Try backing up in reverse for a few seconds. I had a rock or debris get up into my Roxor's brake area and while they are worn after 7 years (wow).... doing this silenced the squeak this morning.
