ROPS HIGH AIR INTAKE

For some reason, I thought that the 1100 was something like the 900, just different plumbing routes.</P>
 
By looking at your old air box , bet your glad you got the high air intake. I really like the swing-out screen. That's going to be a real big help .........
 
Two Guns You are dead right about how dusty/dirty the air intake area is. Only have 12 hrs. This is a draught area this year. All we are collecting this year is Crop Insurance.
 
The rear screen installs in less time thanTed Kennedy can gulp a martini. The hi-air flow, can't attach the the rear screen because the screen tilts up for cleaning. They call the bowl at the top of filter a PRE-Filter. It is out of your rear view sight area. Kids, CAN'T get their hair,fingers, or ears sucked into it. What do you Guys think ??

Think this is great ! Anything will help from dirt / dust just howling around & getting intothe filter, from how they got it set up from the factory. My RTV 900, just had a couple of hours and I checked the air filter, and I liked to have passed out. I , that day, instantly order my High ROPS air kit. Put it on, ever since, like everything else I have on the plantation. Check it very, very regular ..... The new high rops kit filter is still as clean as the day I took it out of the box... I agree about the dry & dusty atmosphere. It's been very dry here in the fields also, and dusty as hhhheeeelllll >>>> But with the new filter system, don't have to worry about anything .</P>


Is all the RTV 1100 high air kits like yours ? </P>


What crops are ya'll loosing this year becouse of the drought >>></P>

Are you planning on installing a anything else on your new RTV 1100 ? Like a winch, aggressive tires or a Remote Control Go Light,fish-finder, auto-matic deer feeders, heat-seeking units, ph meters, soil samplers, seed samplers, radar for incoming etc etc ........</P>

Two Guns, I pulled out the old filters and hit them with the air gun. Weren't dusty? The original air intake ran up under cab, and had a screen on it , guess that helped. I have42 acres tillable and 24 acres woods. I fenced of most of the fields for horses. I let my neighborfarm the rest. for free.He gives 1/2 of his profits to our Church.I call it buying my salvation, and I need all the help I can get.!!

Hey Double Orange did your 1100 come with the attena mount? or did you add that. Great looking tractor also. I just bought a L3440 but with out the cab. out in west where I 'm at not any snow just rain.
