I've gotten a lot of help here so i figure it's time to return the favor. I just put a radio in my new RTV an I thought some else might need the wire color code to put theirs in too.
Black---------------------------Ground
Red with white stripe------Always hot
Green with white stripe---Hot in accessory position
Yellow-------------------------Left speaker
Yellow with red stripe-----Left speaker
Blue----------------------------Right speaker
Blue with white stripe-----Right speaker
Good luck! Bob

Was it easy? What radio did you use? Does the CD skip much when driving?

Yes it was easy. I removed the terminals from the Kubota connector and soldered them to the radio harness wired. I have the tools to remove the pins but you could cut off the wires just as easy. I used a $90ish Panisonic from Walmart but havent tried a CD yet. I wasn't going to put in a radio but when it came with the bracket, speakers and an antenna, well it was sort of asking for one. Sounds like the stunt I pulled on my system, I told my wife I wanted a Sirus radio in my RTV. Will keep me company in the summer while doing the deer management thing by myself. She said that sounds good, as long as I don't go overboard on the goodies, she says I'm bad about overdoing the spending on my hunting toys anyway. But what she didn't know, is that you have to have a marine good time radio,cd player, & marine speakers to push the satellite radio. When the UPS showed up with all the radios, speakers & stuff, she said " what's this stuff " , my reply, the rest of the sound system that the satellite system had to have just to use it. She give me one of them ~~~~~~~~~~~~ " Got Me " looks ~~~~~~ Physiological warfare will get you RTV add-ons everytime .....</P>
