RTV work trailer search

I have some property 4 miles in the bush. I would like to build a hunt camp back there. The only way to get there is by rough ATV trail. I need to haul in all materials including lumber pieces up to 12 feet long. Therefore I need to buy a trailer that can do the job. I have been checking out trailers at http://www.atvwagon.com/1600utility.html Has anyone had any experience with towing a trailer behind the RTV? Any other trailer manufacturers I should check out? Do they tip easily?

What kind of ground conditions do you have? Lots of mud? Hills?...

I've looked at those trailers in the past but just can't see the "bang for your buck". At under 4' wide and just a tad over 6' for the cargo box, it's not that big. Weighing in empty at over 500#, it's heavy duty but you're dragging a lot of extra weight behind you.

I'd consider something with a bit wider and longer bed (maybe 5x8'). This will allow you to lay your plywood sheets flat in the bed.

Craigslist normally has a lot of "woods trailers" on sale. They often have car tires on them, probably home-made but priced at $100 or less, they work good and it's something you don't worry about getting stolen if left at the hunting camp.

Another thought is to buy a new 5x8' from Tractor Supply or other store. Rip off the lights, maybe get wider tires for floation... and you're still at only 1/2 the price of the trailer you posted about.
