RTV x1100c Water in Trans Oil

Have an older x1100c. I am having a problem with water contaminating both the gear and hst trans oil. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no water to oil cooler that could be letting water into the oil system, so where could it be coming from?

I flushed it a couple of times a year ago and the problem is back.
 
On the x1100c the oil cooler sits in front of the fan so no water. And the gearbox is independent and is its own reservoir. Do you use a power washer on your machine? There are vents on both the gearcase and the hst tank and the hst itself. They could be cracked or torn
