i was at my kubota dealer today and saw the info on the new rtv1140 that is coming in the spring. it is a crew versiom of the 900</p>

Yea, with a cab and A/C it would be a bus! </p>
Its the front half of the 900, rear of the 1100. The bed can expand out over the 2nd row of seats, so it may become popular for those looking for a really big bed. </p>
The biggest thing here is really that it has a new VHT+ tansmission. It now stops way more smooth than the current VHT. The trans presure dump is hooked to the break, so it makes shifting really easy. The crowd broke out into applause when they showed this off. Its going to make its way into the other models over the next few months. </p>

I was at a Kubota dealership last week looking at the RTV lineup (again) and the salesperson never mentioned a 1140. Think it was because of all the RTV 900's and 1100's they have sitting around the lot?</p>
Not only is it good to hear of new Kubota products and owners fabricated parts for the machines, it's super nice to have an insight as to "why" something was changed or improved. Thanks to everyone who contributes here on the forum.</p>
