RTV500 doors and rear window project

Windshield and top is factory. I built the doors, sliding windows in the doors and rear window for around $600.00. Factory doors and attachment kit were $2,000.00 at dealer. I now have a soft cab for sale in the classifieds section.

What are the door panels made out of?

Great Job on the enclosure!

The door panels are 1/8 black ABS plastic. The interior side had a slick high gloss reflective finish I sanded down with a finish sander to dull. The door windows and rear window are 1/4 lexan. I purchased the ABS and lexan at a Farco Plastics warehouse in Memphis TN. www.farcoplastics.com A 4x8 sheet of 1/8 black ABS plastic was $39.00 and a 4x8 sheet of 1/4 lexan was $120.00.
