starting problems

so Ill tell the story. I drove my 2555 tractor down to the bottom of the property. I turned it off and 5 minutes later it would not start. Not even try to turn over. The next morning I went down to the tractor and it started right up just like normal. Drove it up the hill to my shop and turned it off. 1 minute later tried to start it and nothing. I put new battery ends on and cleaned up the connections and charged the battery. Now it turns over and turns over faster than it has been. Here is the problem. It wont start. I checked the fuses and they are good. I pulled the connector to the fuel pump and when i turn the key to the on position I get 6.5vdc on both sides of the connector. This would tell me that more than likely there is some sort of short or the fuel pump relay is bad. I cant find the fuel pump relay. The wiring diagram i have is blurry to the point I cant read it. If anyone has a clear diagram I would appreciate it, or if they could tell me where and which relay it is, I would be thankful.

Welcome to the forum.
When I get these symptoms, pretty much every time, it's the battery cables themselves as they corrode internally. Also check their connections to the frame and starter.
Try taking a set of jumper cables and run them in parallel to the battery cables or just replace the cables.
