STREETLEGAL MODEL

See that on the overseas Kubota RTV, they offer the streetlegal models .....

I recon they don't know what a pick-up truck is. Over here, we just use ours (RTV) for recreation, work related chores, hunting or just poking along the back country. I cannot imagine running up and down the road in a RTV. Just don't seem right !!!!!!!!

Re: STREETLEGAL MODEL

I've seen licensed 4 wheelers tooling down the Champs Elysées in Paris. Besides, the RTV900 is bigger than a lot of the European cars.

Seriously, you have to license your farm tractor to drive it on the roadover there. A slow moving vehicle placard won't cut it.And they do drive 'em on the blacktop in rural areas. I followed a Lamborghini vineyard tractor for 30 miles in Italy a few years back. After that my girlfriend snubbed my orange L-Series HST...

Re: STREETLEGAL MODEL

Now come to think of it, would have been nice to have taken my wife out on her first date with the RTV. She might of thought I was kinda crazy, but she would have had really been going out in style, Kubota Style that is !!!!!!!!!!

Re: STREETLEGAL MODEL

I just came back from the Carribian where they had ATV's out on the street with plates on the back. The rental car companies should get in the business of renting RTV's, heck it would be safter than the GEO metro I rented, it had 180,000 miles and the seat belt was tied in a knott around the base of the bucket seat.
