The speed control changed again!

The last update that I saw said the speed control was going to revert back to the old style. What has showed up is nowa mid point between the two, at least thats how it feels. Now shifting is easy, and the stop is quick, but not abrupt. I post picture of the assembly when i have a chance.
 
I would prefer the same set up as on my HST tractors. Manual throttle with a forward/reverse pedal. </P>

I can't quite see why you would want that? Any particular reason?</P>
 
I would have like that too.... or a 6 forward/2 reverse and a clutch out of a B 7400. It would be cheaper to manufacture, in some ways less complicated to use and would make better use of the RTV's meager powerplant. </P>


I wish someone would dyno an RTV. I would bet the transmission, as it is currently made, soaks up at least half of the engine output.</P>


BTW... my RTV is back at the dealer on consignment.</P>
