throtle stuck

just bought older model rtv 900 was ruuning fine . removed snow plow and engine ran at idle speed . pressed the petdal and throtle stuck wide open . any help to fix appreciated

Check and see if the throttle pedal stuck under the mat. There is a recall for that issue.

thanks for the reply but it is not the mat. seems to be with the linkage

Does it have a hand throttle? If it came with a plow it may have had a hand throttle installed. The linkage for this can be tricky and there is good potential for the cables to get hung up.!
