a turbo would give it more power. to me a deisel with out a turbo isn't really making the most of what the engine is capable of doing. another thing to look into is fuel supply. maybe put a gauge on it and see how much the fuel drops off from idoling to full throttle or just running under a heavy load .i think a better fuel pump and turbo would turn this machine into a monster. i wish i had an rtv my brother is a diesel mechanic/hydraulic mechaninc i bet if he tinkered with it he could get all you could get from that engine. these rtv's have so much more power that they could be useing but to me the factory tunes them down so much it takes away from what they really could be doing.
Im thanking about a turbo for my 1140.need to check in a little ferther. i have a number for a guy at one the turbo supplier going to call him i feel like it needs a little more ump on hills and such. my top speed is fine. some time i would like going up hills a little faster than 5 mph maybe 10 15 would be nicer. but 2500.00 is a lot of money any suggestions would be nice
