VW Water Pump

This one has the same 4.0 litre V6 that my Explorer has in it. And that Ex has 400,000 miles on it and I have done nothing but front wheel bearings and a fuel pump to it.
This Ranger had a frame off restoration 2 years ago. And now that the body rotted off my Explorer I can use it for parts.

There is some sacrifice now though. Like going from 25 MPG to 16, LOL But parts are cheaper, I don't need a laptop to work on it and it handles way better in the snow.

Well, I loved the Ranger, but found out it's just as expensive to keep that thing going as the new ones. Thermostat went in it too, shift cable had to be replaced and now something is making the transfer case engage and disengage and dealer and a transmission shop can't figure it out.

So, back to new, LOL Bronco Sport Badlands. Got this 2024 model because I don't like the full digital dash in the 25's. And got an $8000 rebate because it's a 24.
