Does anyone know what these steel, welded tabs with two holes are for ? Dying to find out !!!!

Wonder if there is something as to a " accessory " that goes there ~~~

This is the left tab, there is another on the right, vertical pipe as well, but it stands straight out, where this one is turned at a angle going outward ~~~~

I forgot you have a RTV900 General Purpose model i.e. no hydraulic dump, so those tabs are there for the hydraulic oil tank or oil cooler on the turf utility model (as shown above). That's actually a good place for the oil cooler...this cooling system works extremely well.

FYI: the hydraulic tank for the RTV1100 is under the seat and has no cooler, since it does not have a turf utility model at this time.

Can you get a turf model with a hydrolic dump bed? and then where would the cooler be/ It just looks like it could be damaged very easily where its at. jdh1

The turf model comes standard with a dump bed...the only model that doesn't is the general purpose. The cooler is protected by the cargo bed the way it is positioned. It would take a big hit to the rear end to damage it.

OK, that picture is deceiving, is there a guard of some type that has been taken off? Where is the hyd reservoir located? In my application I spend a lot of time in the woods, it looks like when backing up a stick, tree branch, could easily puncture the cooler. jdh1

What see you is what you get in the photo...the T/M guard below it and the cargo bed above protect it rather well. Anything is possible, so I guess a stick or something could damage it when backing up.

jdh1,The hyd tank is mounted on the right side of rtv about where the orginal air filter was located. The air filter was moved up by the right sideroofline.here is a pic showing the aux oil tank..

here is another pic of aux oil cooler from other sideshowing protective screen ,also you can see aux valve with extra hyd outlets. if anyone is interested i can post a pic of aux valve control lever and hand throttle that comes with aux hyd package.

grapeman, thanks for the extra pics, now I see that there is a screen over the cooler, I couldn't imagine them putting it there without one. Did you see my post regarding your tire chains? I'm wondering how they are working out? THANKS for the info, jdh1
