For what it's worth, the front and back hitches are rated per the operators manual at 110 lbs. each. It doesn't take much of a deer to exceed this load rating. In actuality, a factor a safety would be designed into the hitch load rating; however, we don't know what that factor of safety is, but likely 3 to 5 times the 110 lbs.
My point is to don't design something that could cause failure of the hitches. I highly recommend not mounting a mechanism to the hitch with an extended lateral arm attached. This design can quickly result in exceeding the load rating including the factor of safety. This about the added torque that one can apply with a longer wrench.
