x1100c oil leak out bottom of trans

Trying to sort out an oil leak out the bottom of the hst on my x1100c

Appears to becoming from bottom plug #90 in parts diagram attached.

Replaced the o-ring on it and it still appears to be leaking. Not much, but a sweat shows up around the plug after just a couple of minutes of sitting.

Anyone else ever had this issue? Wondering about doubling up the o-ring?

Doubling up an O ring usually results in more problems. I would make sure everything is clean and flat then try again.

Any progress on determining the source/cause of the leak?

Near as I can tell it was bad seals in the valve body where the bottom shaft runs throught. Oil was leaking past the seals and draining out the small drain hole in the bottom of the valve body.

I swapped it with another one I had
