Have you considered the glue on or magnetic heaters? I use the glue-on versions on my RTV. One on the engine, one on the tranny.

H hondajoe Active member Yesterday at 3:31 PM #6 I think i can use a plate but the plate is twice the cost of the heater 130 for the plate=80 for a heater=over 200 for a block heater crazy.
