Re: you thing is almost ready "rusty"

Tommy,

Take your time with the Bumper........Your health is more important than the bumper.........I am sorry to hear about your Father in law.........You and your family have my condolences...........Go and shoot another gator and have some steaks..........Gator steaks are good for the flu or cold.......................

Re: you thing is almost ready "rusty"

Tommy,

I had the dump bed up and down and measured everything and there are too many variables that a picture won't show.....

You really need to get hold of a 1100 to personally crawl under and make a bumper first hand.........The frame is short......The spring is in the way...........The hydraulics are in the way.........The tire doesn't have much room to maneuver around...........You really need to see one up close..........I still want a bumper but we need to get you one to study...............TWO GUNS ANY IDEAS...............

DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW OF A WAY TO HELP TOMMY SEE A RTV-1100 UP CLOSE SO HE CAN FABRICATE A BUMPER.............THIS IS A BUMPER FOR A RTV-1100...........

Re: you thing is almost ready "rusty"

Know that his dealer closer to him is aT-Total BUTT !!!

That dealer will not letTommy even get measurements of a unit. Only thing that I can think of isgiveTommy some time and let him find a real Kubota dealer, that would not mind him lookin' and taking some pics of one on his lot. I just cannot imagine why a dealer, who knows that this man in time is fixin' to purchase his own, andcan not give him a helping hand. But we all know the world is made upof all caliber of folks >>>>>> Tommy is great at his fabrications, but he has to have something to go by. Maybe he can find another dealer. ORya'll just pitch in a buy him one for fabrication reasons. That's the only thing I can think of right now !!!!! There is much for a person to look at under one of these machines, one " Boo-Boo", and the whole item is shot to hell >>>>>>>

Re: you thing is almost ready "rusty"

i have a single pipe bumper that i'm makin and another one with two pipes as for as the single pipe one goes i'm sure it will work but it's a plain jane bumper.i should have some pictures of the bumper by sunday. the part i'm worrieng about is when the bed is lifted how much room do i have to the closest part like the tires or hydro.pump thing. as for as the BOO!BOO's! go your right if i'm off a little the whole thing don't work what i'm going it mind boggling lol. try makin a part for a chevy body when all you got is a ford . all i have to go by is pictures and you guys input and so far we ain't messed up yet but i don't wanna mess up because that means it cost me money and thats one thing i ain't got none to spare but i haven't fogotten about yu guys and i'm still gonna finish the bumperYOU WILL HAVE A BUMPER!! if it kills me you'll have the bumper i hate to promise something and not deliver so one way or another the bumper will be done and it's gonna work. thanks for being my buddies.lol i still only make parts for th rtv and this web sight people tell me all the time to hit ebay with my stuff but i still haven't done that yet. i ave a hpx gator and a rhino and i don't make chit for them but i'm sitting here makin parts for something i don't even have"yet" . maybe one day things will workout and there will be an rtv to get patterns off of but til then keep them pictures comin.

Re: you thing is almost ready "rusty"

rusty the picture i need is this. take and put the bed all the way up . then run a straight edge down the tail gate til it hits something"anything"then measure that distance you have from the lowest part of the tailgate or bed to what ever it's hitting but try to find me the shortest distance.. take the picture from the side of the rtv from a good distance so i can see the straight edge and tell me the measurements. if you didn't understand that let me clear it up for you. SEND ME A DARN PICTURE WITHDA BED UP AND A STICK RUNNING DOWN THE TAILGATE THEN MEASURE THE DARN THINGFROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BED TO WHAT EVER HITS FIRST.!!!!lmao man i just had to mess with you rusty!! i know you'll get me a picture . just incase here is some sign language --%%&&^%$^*.%$&^%*&(*&)&*()()_()^&^*&*$^*.^&**##())&^%$##%-----##$#%$#^&&*()*===$$$$$$$$$. lol
