Mine ran fine in nuetral and ran fine on level ground. When I would go up an incline, I'd lose a ton of power. I'd suggest emptying the fuel tank and changing the fuel filter again.</p>

I had a similar problem with my first RTV. Changed the fuel filter twice and removed all the fuel. Somehow I had gotten water in the fuel. Ran at full power after servicing.</p>
