    Camo kubota

Sure , I purchased the RTV from an oil service company that had rigged it up to fight well fires. So the blade was intended for clearing bush for fire lines and smothering grass fires. It came with all optional lights including an amber flasher and two different spare tires mounted on rims for...

    Camo kubota

They are amazing machines. Years ago when I was getting ready to retire, I started looking for a skid steer. I already had an old tractor but wanted something more manoeuvrable and quicker for everything from building our final house, moving hay and clearing the long driveway. One salesman...

    Camo kubota

Sorry Bennie, I can't help you. The first RTV we bought was a Camo model and the first time I parked it in our forest I lost it and replaced it with a bright orange one.:pat:

Things to watch out for on used 2013 1100

Love my 2010 1100! Strong, reliable, easy on fuel and comfortable in hot or cold weather. Would do it again in a second. That being said, I'd check for rust under the floor mat and below.

Compare old rtvs to new rtvs

The biggest thing that keeps me from "upgrading" to a new 1100X is the payments. Lot to be said for a good work horse that's paid for.

I spoke with a dealer up here and was told it only added 1/2 inch or so. Glad to learn the truth here! 5 inches is a deal breaker for me. Only have 3 inches to spare before I pull the garage door down on top of the 1100. I have priorities! In the garage the 1100 is closest to the door to...

    Out the loft window..........

I'm glad your are enjoying what we take so much for granted. It's been a hard year for us as my wife has a serious back injury that has prevented us from partaking in our usual snowy endeavours. The ski passes have been collecting dust. Being the caring and sharing type I'm going to do my...

    kubota Insurance

This is from the Canadian Kubota website. "Your decision to purchase a Kubota was most likely an easy one Did you Know? When you Finance your Kubota through our Financing program, you can also protect your investment by choosing a Kubota insurance option" That reads like it you bought second...

    New RTV owner

Welcome to the group. Regarding the best cab enclosure, I've seen a few members getting the kubota cab by Curtis. Part number V4210. I've seen them selling brand new for under $1300 in Canada probably due to the new X model being sold now. Search and maybe call around and see what your local...

Yup, those tires are way better! The old ones looked like a cross between a worn inner-tube and a French tickler.

    Camoplast T4S Tracks

Looks like a lot of improvements have been made since the 1972 model year that I had. Back then it was break steering. by slamming the brakes on one side the vehicle's other side would continue and turn. Not very efficient as you were always fighting the power train with the brakes. Probably...

Very interesting Herman48. Would love to see some picture of this beast. I may have some of my old rig hidden away in a dusty old box somewhere. Not as easy as searching my computer.

I had an ARGO in the late 70's. Fun but tires back then sure went flat fast and with 6 of them it was like fix a tire, ride for 30 minutes then fix another. Regarding the RTV, for snow conditions I bet skis on front and tacks on back would work, in 2wd.
