    Swapping Gator for RTVX 1100c

I had an 04 gas hpx and it was a beast the only reason I would go with the rtv is the cab but you can also get a cab for the gator, the belt drive is a lot easier to maintain the more it wears down the slower you go. but in the 5 years I owned my gator I went through one belt and the stock belt...

    Tool/Chain/Whatever box

cool box you made there. as for as a glove box or dry box down here we just take a piece of pvc pipe and secure it to the atv/utv and glue one end and take the other end and put a screw cap on it keeps stuff dry can be submerged and still won't leak.i would go with a 4" or bigger size pipe...

    WARN Switch mounting

I have one or two remotes if you need it. and I also have a few of them handle bar switchs too so if your ever goes out just let me know you can have them.as for as the winch size oversized is right I would go with a 4k or higher. the rtv is heavy enough as it is but if your in a hole with mud...

    WARN Switch mounting

that was my only let down about the warn it was a 2500lbs the rhino only weighed 1100 lbs and the brake wouldn't hold it. warn is good but you do pay for a name when you buy them just like craftsman. when winching myself out of a hole with it I would have to bump it then when I would get out to...

    WARN Switch mounting

just order the hand remote if it didn't come with one.they also sell wireless remotes for them too.i never used that handle bar remote on any of my winchs simply because you can't see how the cable is winding up.i rather be in front my rhino and work the winch cable left to right to spool it up...

    Bed Rack

to make the sides stronger you need to connect the side rails to the headache rack that will keep the sides from bowing out. I use solid 1" square stock for the ends to keep them from bending . also run a angle iron along the bottom to keep the bed sides straight. here is a thread of some rails...
