Electric as the campground does not allow gas/diesel. MPH changed from 15 to 19 on a flat hard packed sand surface.

I'll add some equally useless remotely related info, changing golf car tires from stock 18" to 23" (O.D.) resulted in a 4 mph gain measured with GPS. I did not really notice any torque loss as the buggy was used in a flat campground on Cape Cod.

My '07 1100 won't shift out of 4 wd - before I start tearing it down has anyone had this problem? Hoping it's just rusty linkage....

I have read;(untreated) gas 1 year, diesel 2 years, propane forever. However I've used both gas & diesel twice that old but usually diluted with fresh fuel. This past summer I used 20 gallons of 5-6 year old gas in my pick up 5 gallons at a time with each fill up. Ran smooth as fresh fuel.

Does your model use an over-ride switch under the seat? I always end up with rags and junk under my seat preventing the switch's operation.
