Mark, Have you put power directly to actuator to confirm it's not a wiring issue? There is a relay close to the battery (at least on mine that's where it is.) Sometimes you can test and read voltage but have system not carrying enough amps to operate.

I assume that you have to unpin the linkage between the hydraulic brake cyl. linkage and the cam levers, so that when you manually apply the brakes with a bar you can tell if you need to adjust to make everything line up again??

I believe that on the newer machines the dash knob pressure relief is incorporated in pressing the brake pedal. I would like to see a kit for refitting the older machines.
