About to go for a MX5100 w/ Woods Hoe

Priced this around and the guy who seemed high on the phone came in lower in print with several add-ons like a block heater, welded hooks on hoe & bucket. Building a new home in the Spring of 08. Hope to do most of the land work this Fall - clearing, stumping, driveway and drainage.
Before I hand over the check anyone got a better idea? Thanks, BW
 
Sounds like that would be plenty of machine for the work you've mentioned here.
I'm constantly amazed at the capabilities of my 30hp bota. 50hp would be even better. Sounds GREAT!
