Big Horn sound for the RTV

I use my horn all the time here on the farm. Whether calling the cows with it or using it to clear the way,my little horn on the RTV finally just beeped out. I found the one of the best horn kits on Amazon for less than $20.00!!! Yes that is right .I now have dual Fiamm horns {Fiamm 74100 El Grande} that sound like a big old Buick. Yeaaaaa. The relay was a little time consuming to figure out but with some extra wire and some male and female clips turned out fine. You may also want to have small hands around to remove the old horn and mount the new ones 'cause it is tight in there. I like this big boy sound and no more beep beep!! I may put some of these or some of Amazons other choices on our big tractors.. They have the little beep beep horns too believe it or not. Reading the horn reviews on that site helps in choosing too. Beenthinking since the daythe RTV was purchased, that a more " dominate"horn should be installed on the machine. The one from the factory sounds a little " ratty " >>>>

I can't find the details of my air horns in the forum but here's mine.

They have a nice, loud tone and volume. I'm using the OEM dash switch.

I need to get a real horn for my Toyota Prius. That tinny sounding horn just bugs me. I like the air horns on my GMC dump truck best of all. I had a VW bug back in the late 60's with a horn off a Olds 88. That sucker would make people jump!!
i got a siren and horn off a firetruck on my hpx
Ummm, trying to compensate for something? Whistle....

Lay off tommy! Him and some friends were just kicking back and relaxing this weekend. (I think he is making the bubbles under the girl in the middle).

Is he " tootin' " his horn >>>>

looks like a coffee cup of water would just overflow the sink >>> Do people really save money around Tommy's by doing that ?

looks like the people in the picture was waiting for the camera guy to add a cup of water so they could have a cuzzi.

the firethruck horn was a dump freebee they through away the whole setup well infact they threw away two of them they even thrw away the security cams for the station with the old b/w monitors with all the wires and alot of the radio equipment that went inside the old firestation when they moved into the new state of the art one.the funny thing was they took a hammer to all the comunication radios i wish they wouldn't have because them things loked like they would have come in handy in a emergency.

I have a Stebel air horn on my cycles, tractor, and will be putting one on the 900. They are 139db and can be heard for a long ways. They are on e-bay.

I think you need one. If, for example, you got hurt out there.. . A bigger horn could signal for help. Big foot might also be impressed enough to back off should he be having a "bad hair" day. Go for it Onfoot.!! Bordercollie

a loud horn is a must for emergencies. the siren i had hooked up on my hpx was kinda big the bad part about it was you had to turn off every electrical device for it to run and i had two batteries but man when that thing whales shes lets out a scream. we was in the woods one night riding and came across some kids with my son camping out and my son said dad show them the siren well ihad all my lights on andwhen i hit the button all she let out was a little tweetie bird churp . i soon figured out that if i turn off all the other lights and give her 100%of both batteries shewould work fine.
