Discovery in Louisiana

What I did was let em set in the vinegar -just enough to cover them- for a couple weeks, then put em in the small blender & turn the whole thing into juice. MAN! Talk about waking up an omelet, or a bowl of chili!!:chef:
 
the way i like hot suace i'm gonna try that. thanks for givin me the idea .never thought of makin my own.
 
I've been told a little sugar added helps bring out the heat, but I've never tried it.
