Need to move some stuff around and I really need a fork lift, but if you don't have one you improvise.
Found a piece of 2x3 tubing that was once used to pull drag harrows and cut it for the forks. Took a draw bar off an old JD lime spreader and used this 3" channel for the back stops for the forks. Welded the channel to the fork tubes and another piece of tubing to side over the bottom of the loader bucket. Made the back of the fork tubes moveable so once you slide the forks on the loader, the back end will roatate to stop the forks from falling offf. The forks can slide to any width you want.
