hi all, newbie with a 1100 problem

I guess a car that breaks through the ice might bob on the surface briefly before heading to the bottom. But our RTVs ... they'd sink like rocks.

I'm not to sure of that when it comes to the 1100, the cab is so air tight that it might float longer than expected.
Remember the old Beatle adds? Those things would float for a long time and they probably didnt weight that much less.

:myopinion:

Fish Guts, now that we know you are okay... the humor (at your expense) begins. LOL

Fish Guts has found a new and exciting way to clean the RTV spark arrester. See photos.

:) Keifer, don't try that or you may be a" wanna be again"... :yum: bordercollie

Now the rest of the true story.
While ice fishing He placed the pole on the back of the RTV and a giant Northern Pike took the bate while he wasnt paying attention.

Hey fishguts,

Was your machine "Bunny-Hopping" when it when down ?
( Look at the tracks left behind your machine, shown by arrows )

For I know sand and snow will make a machine hop hard like that ?

That might have something to do with you breaking the ice.

All that weight banging up and down on the ice during movement ....

........ two guns

they told me today they are putting in a whole new powerplant!

You have to be so thankfull for insurance. I called my agent today and checked up on the policy because of your story. Discovered a few problems, my rtv was covered but not my skid steer! Fixed that right away, so I have to say thanks for sharing your misfortune with us.

I'll guess $7700

Congrats on having good insurance. I have to wonder if mine would be covered for something like that. I'll check.
