Huge Problem RTV 1100

What Art said x2. If not supplied with a loaner- since they screwed up on the repair, I would be real ticked. You may need legal advice on this one.. bordercollie

Ron said they had it for 8 weeks trying to fix it and when he got it back it did not work right....so I assume they have had it at least another 4 weeks waiting to see whats gona happen.
So far at least he has been without it fot at least 3 months or longer unless they gave him a loaner which I bet they did not.
I would really be pissed by now if you really need to use it like bordercollie does his.
I know bordercollie would be really pissed off long ago.
I think what will happen is the dealer will just have to put a new tranny in it and be done with it.
If you bought a new car or truck and this happened you would not get a new car they would just replace the tranny.
Under lemon laws I think they have at least 3 times...maybe even 5 times to try and fix the problem. Should be a time limit on lemon laws to. What would you do if you had no car or truck for 3 months. Something is just not right here.
I think a good dealer would just replace the tranny and deal with bota so you could have you RTV back as soon as possible.

Anywhoo....very very good luck Ron....a lawyer would be my last choice as this could take years as this would be a civil case and you would probably have to pay lawyer fees if you can even find one to take it.
Blood sucking lawyers want to make 10,000 dollars or they don't want to mess with such things.
Sometimes you can get lawyer fees paid sometimes not.....big gamble in court.
You may have signed a arbitration clause which even makes things worse as most things are today like cell phones and many more today.
You probably took the 0% percent thing so there is a lot more paper work involved ther also.

After my first conversation with the Kubota rep about 3 weeks ago, he said to go ahead and pick up the machine and use it until we come to a resolution. The rep is aware I was without use of it for roughly 10 weeks.

I also reminded him that at the time I purchased the RTV, I also purchased a new Kubota 3080 mower.

I hope to have a response from both the rep and the dealer later this coming week.

Thanks
Ron

I did take advantage of the 0% on the RTV, but paid cash for the 3080.
Dealer said the paper work on the original would be transferred over to the new replacement RTV.
