Hydraulics Fiat DT450R

I have an old Fiat DT 450 R (-76 or -78) with some problems with the 3p hookup. When warm, the load sinks down. The aux hyd works fine though. Have cleaned filter and changed oil in the gear box. Have also removed "chips" from the magnet in the filter.
 
Thanks for quick response and welcoming! Do you by any chance know if this valve is located somwhere under the drivers seat? Or do I have to split the gearbox/tractor?
