L3710 will not stop

Key kill will not work no electric to shut off with key off. Headlight also stoped working

Can you be a little more specific?
Are you saying that you can't shut it down using the key?
Have you checked all the fuses?

I have checked all the fuses check good no power running to the shut-off solenoid with key and off position

Take a look at these things. Also, a bad battery may be in a possible culprit.

I'm "pretty" sure that the solenoid only gets power for a few seconds when the key is turned on and off.
