I finally got to feeling better over the weekend ansd was able to install the new Hydrolic bed lift from UTV Hitchworks.http://utvhitchworks.com/product/rtv-900-bed-lift/
Installation was straight forward for me and although it took longer than expected due to frozen ports to run the hosed (they were packed with mud,ice and snow it still went very well. The pump installs very easily on the main frame under the hood. The hoses are more than long enough to run to the back cylynder and the cylynder was very easy to install.I with I would have purchased this years ago but reading so many articles and reviews im always afaraid of who is full of BS and who isnt.Let me just say the People there (Dale) was very nice to deal with and answered all e mails and questions through the purchase. After installation I added 1 quart of ATF to the pump ran it up and down a few times then added a bit more ATF to top it off.It has great speed for raising and lowering the bed.Not to fast as to be used as a catapolt which was nice.As a Test I emptyed the back of the bed of the tool box and loaded it with a full load of cunderblocks and fire wood which Im guessing about 1500 pounds of materials maybe more as the machine squatted low in the back.I hit the switch and it dumped the load with no hesitations at all.For anyone who dosnt have the hydrolycs on their RTV from the factory I strongly recommend this accessory.Installation is stupid simple and works great.Anyone who knows me and knowing I have MS knows if I can do it any one can and it isnt very often that I give a product a good rating without griping about something. For this it will be my first time ever lol.I rate this product for ease of installation and how well it works as A+ yes thats an A+ wow I said it finally lol.
Later this week after the winter blast is done ill take images of how it went on and how its all hooked up to show you.
I definatly recommend this product and will do a lot more business with UTV Hitchworks in the future.
Have a great day and may all of your projects go well.

One thing I didn;t see

Mark how does the cost compare to the factory, kit? My RTV never had hydros I was very fortunate to find the complete kit used on esnay for a fraction of the 1400.00 from Kubota. Never looked back since.....

Chad,
I got this delivered to my door for 1380.00 which was cheaper than Kubota and a hell of a lot easier to hook up.All parts and instructions were included that anyone could dead and follow. The pump and motor and all heavy duty relays and wireing impressed even me.Its quality built and they were excellent to deal with. What I liked the most is you can either witre it to work only when the ket is in the on position or wire it direct so you dont even need to have the key on.Another nice thing I like on it was its ease of installing and with a longet length of wire you could actually make a longer cord to operate or dump it from next to the machine or even behind the machine depending on what you prefer. With money being tight this was well worth ihe investment and I dont have to deal with Kubota pricing and Hitchworks has a nice warrenty and im sure will stand behind it and then some.I cant say enough good things about my expierance with dealing with them.In the future I will definatly look at the farmboy 3 point hitch system from them for doing mire wood and other jobs that the 3 point system would do to make life easier. This was one of the best purchases I made for the RTV IMO and I have no regrets at all.

Mark - Why not right here on nettractortalk.com? We already have over 2,300 threads and 26,000 posts covering RTV subjects going back almost 9 years. Trying to replicate this content on a website without a forum that offers opinions and options may be hard.
