My New Wheels

As for the bulls, it sounds like it is time for some hamburger! when I used to raise holstein bulls and they would get troublesome the wife would point one or two out and say " shoot them next or I will". They can do a lot of damage when they get some size to them. That is where my windchime pipes came from, gates the bulls bent up.

Those dairy bulls do have a temper and sometimes do't mind so well.We had one we called Elvis .He did body damage to the truck so he went to the golden arches. We use them in our AI program as marker bulls. The bulls that got out were Angus and mild tempered thank goodness. I always like to see them go to a bull buyer. As one guy told me... He likes bulls when they turn green($$$) I personally like them with a hot buttery baked potato and garlic bread. Hahaha. Bordercollie

Two Guns, Yea I got the 26's like you were recommending. They are deepy treaded and I am happy with them. I do have to overinflate quite a bit (18 psi) rear. I don't know what the equivalent of pulling 500 Lbs on oak skids through heavy grass is as compared to rolling weight but I think pulling those heavy skidded mineral troughs added to the short life of my XTR's. I am going to try to treat these tires somewhat nicer. Bordercollie

Reminds me of my hunting buddy's moose experience a few years back. Was driving a van north of here and stopped to admire a big bull moose by the road. Don't you know the moose charged the van and knocked it onto its side. And my friend without his rifle--all he could do was be glad when the moose decided the van had been 'defeated' and disappeared into the bush.

Had a bull take a hit on my old Chevy pickup while cutting some wood in the pasture. He caved in a front fender and ripped off a mirror. 2 weeks later he was hanging from the tree. Saw what they did to a nice new dodge pickup as well. Lot of power when they get up around 15-1800 lbs.

shoot man i watch them rodeos and that as close as i wanna get to a bull i don't care how mild tempered they say he is.lol

Yes, Especially 2 fighting bulls, those fighting ones will roll over you like a bug. Like you are nothing .. like a mosquito... My sister couldn't move fast enough and got 3 ribs broken a few years ago. Our bulls have no horns by the way..... Gee , I would hate to be in that van when it got rolled .. Now that is something!! bordercollie,

Mrs. Two Guns & myself, went to the Annual Angola State Prison Rodeo today. We seen many men ( convicts )getmauled by bulls. And these had horns ... they don't have nothing to loose. So they do everything wide open, as if they don't care !!! I would imagine the ones hospitalized, to them, it's a vacation ~~~~

Everybody needs to go to aAngola rodeo once !!!! They will never forget it !!!!!
