New GL3240HST delivered

I took delivery of a new Kubota GL3240HST last weekend and finally had a chance to get some seat time this weekend moving snow. So far I am very impressed. I traded in my B3030 for it.

I bought it from Kevin Emerich in upstate NY.

He had by far the best price. Way better than any of the MA or CT dealers that I contacted. Out the door including tax and delivery $20,613.74 :wink:

Amigauser, that is a pretty looking machine but I'm afraid to tell you that, as a new member, you are an absolute disgrace. You had that tractor for a whole week before you got the tires dirty. Disgusting!!!!! :wink::wink::wink: You better have a very good excuse. You did however post pictures so that's a point in your favor.

Just messing with ya'. Welcome aboard. Stay around and have fun.

By the way, with all that white stuff around, why no cab? You gotta be young, immortal and invincible. Us old guys feel the cold and can't stand the heat. That's why we graduate to the controlled comfort of a cab.

Nice looking tractor you;ve got there :D How does it do on the slippy stuff with no chains?
I'm guessing by your tyre choice that you have mowing to do with it in the summer?
Has the new tractor grin worn off yet? :D

No mowing with it but it will operate quite a bit over finished lawn area. My B3030 had R4's on it that tore up the lawn pretty good. When I ordered the Grand L I made sure it had turfs on it.

The B3030 had a blade and I am currently using the FEL for snow removal. My driveway is not long, a little over 100' and double wide. I can get it cleared in about a 1/2 hour. The FEL works reasonably well on the asphalt.

The turf tires actually work better than the R4's that the B3030 had on it. I used to spin those, the turfs only spun once for me. So far I think I made the right choice

I've heard many an argument on that comparison, but I love my turfs too.
