here are some pictures of the bed rails the square tubing and the round bar . the tubing rails are 3" high i painted the attachments yellow because when i was trying them out i ran into one so i figured a good bright safety yellow was in order. the gas can holder is finished and the other holders are finished too. now i just have to pack them up and see how much they weight to get a shipping . after these the price will go up from 68.00/70 to 70.00 /75.00 because i am gonna go with a 1/4 thick angle instaed of 1/8 thick plus i went with 1" sockets instead of 3/4 so they will go up but not that much but they are gonna be stronger not that these ain't strong but i can get the other angle easier than i can get the thinner stuff. but here are some pictures of what i got so far.

well i got a few people wanting the round bar ones and one guy wanting the tubing ones.i'm still trying to make my bed fram jig so that way i can lay this stuff up in there and really put the stuff i want on them . i tell you what when i am through with the rqils they will be the most equiped rails out there that come with the most attachments . infact right now i have a huge homelight chainsaw that i am useing at a pattern maker for the chainsaw holder i figure if it holds this on it will hole any chain saw.infact i need you guys to tell me what you would be useing your rails for i can make them to haul anything you want i just need some idead as to what you use your rtv for. or better yet when you order a rail set just when asking agout the attachments for them if you can get this or that made for it. i'm workin on a price for just a plain set of rails without the gas can holder i should have that later today. i thank you guys for being patient with me for i really do have a very small work crew "very small" .if anyone wants some rails let me know now while they are in the fab stage it would be easier to get them done now . oh i think ya'll noticed the agle iron on the bottom of the sockets well thats to bolt it to the side of the bed to keep it from wiggling it's 3-1/2 to the center i hope it fits .

tommy,

both racks look great. square tube looks better than i thought they would. i will take either type painted gray.

you can send me a pm with the address so we can get intouch . i'll be going to get the material for the rails so i will need to know who wnats what before i go get the stuff. it would be better that way if not someone will just have to wait til next steel run.lol.i will try and pack them up and see about shipping charges tomorrow.

ok i looked up a measurement on the box i am going to order to ship them in and i weighed the rails and the shipping tp PA and thats the most exspensive state to ship too is around 35.00 for 2 day shipping now the weight will go up because the new rails are going to be made pout of thicker stuff remember so like i said the tubing ones will be 75.00 plus shipping and the round bar will be 70.00 plus shipping. so your lookin at around 100.00 for a set if you live in PA.

man thats a tough one the tubing is a bling !bling one but the round bar one i have that one on my hpx and the bungee cords realy hook onto it good because of the round bar so if you want function and looks i would go with the round bar but if you want looks with function go with the tubing . now don't get me wrong the tubing it stronger than the round bar it'a just i do alot of hauling and i strap alot of stuff to my rails so the round bar works better for me. i don't want you to buy something and then say man i wish i would have gottin the other set. let me ask you this do you use binders if so then the tubing will be ok for you if not and you use bungee cords like me i would go with the round bar. what do you use your rtv for?

ok the way i figured on mounting them would be 3 bolts from the top and a few bolts on each socket if needed but if you didn't look like you need them don't put them. the on;y thing is there is a part on the rtv bed that runs down from the top of the bed and it's flat then it takes a outward curve . i need to know how far down that curve starts. i made my brackets to be mounted at 3-1/2 " below the top of the bed but i can raise it up some to make it work.
