PTO lever stuck in operating position.

I shut my B3300 off with brush hog in operating position. Tractor obviously won't start and lever won't go into neutral position?

Have you tried to unstick it with the clutch pushed in?

Sounds like the brush hog is keeping pressure on the the PTO connection.
I'd try to disconnect the PTO shaft as the first step.

If that fails, Have you tried to rotate/wiggle the blades by hand ? I once got a stick stuck in my blades, it killed the mower and I had to wiggle the blades loose to get it out of gear. Thinking this model has a slip clutch ?

I did disconnect the PTO shaft and it still won't start.
