Thanks Carrot. A picture is worth a thousand words (even if it is upside down haha.) When you get a chance I would like to see a shot of the rear to see what the "ujoint free "rear end looks like... That is an attention getter for sure. Thanks again for posting , we are glad to have you here. collie :thankyou2:

I saw and test drove an 1100c today, fortunately it was orange so I have time to think about it. I liked the new 2 speed transmission it ran between 17-18 in low. Had enough power in high to go up loading ramp. Suspension has multiple load settings. Front and rear a arms are cast iron. Bed is 6 inches shorter and 4 inches wider. Cab is the same as the old 1100, front window no longer will tilt out. Roll up windows are an improvement. Leg room is the same. Tilt wheel and parking brake location better. Dash overall seems a little less quality, radio pod is now in the roof. I think the new tranny and independent suspension are solid improvements .

For my use, the smaller bed length is a disappointment...but the width may be better. And the height.. I can just barely drive through a WW reinforced "arched" panel gate now with 26" tires.I may have to see one of these in person. :) bordercollie

It's Taller by looks.

Is the cab bigger or just the ROPS taller ?

...... two guns :bonk:
Two Guns, I don't know if LaRoux would like the two seater unless she could sit in the middle of you and Mrs. Two Guns. :doggy: but I bet she would get in somehow. :)

Pics

the bed is wider but no longer 48 inches in length. In one photo I have the rigs parked with the tail gates even. The hood of the 1120 is much longer, almost 28 inches. Much better ground clearance with 2 inch reviever in front. Thumb screw plate to get to the dump bed linkages, no more removal of those hex screws and 13mm bolt to get access.

 Thank you CarrotRentals, Great pictures!! I like the way the front rops no longer has the rubber accordion thingie around the base. I can also see from your pictures that the rear tail lights are attached to the fenders.. hummm Also am thinking a rear bumper might be a good thing to have with this new design.....I need to see one of these things.... just to look.. I intend on keeping mine for a couple more years- Thanks again also for the shot of the rear.. bordercollie

carrot: Thanks for sharing all of those photos. They give an good idea of what the new RTV's look like. I see Kubota is still putting warning stickers all over the place. Is there one anywhere that says "DON'T EAT YELLOW SNOW"LOL

A step further than stickers, just noticed these two stamped metal panels above the engine on the driver's side under the bed stamped 'HOT' that are not on the 900 or 1140.
