Just saw a kubota rtv-x commercial on espn.

My first impressions;

Half doors, nice safety feature for kids, old user will probably remove. Shift looks slick, hope it works the same way.

Cargo hooks are a nice touch. Oil cooler in front of engine fan will be great to keep temps down.

New seats look comfy. Storage space always a bonus.

Better instrumentation always a plus. Glove box very handy.

Look like better/brighter lights, always a plus. New location for parking brake, makes it harder to forget when it's on, another good thing.

New location for air intake and rad, both excellent ideas finally. Tilt steering is nice touch.

More suspension is a real plus. New transmission will be a 'lets see what they did first'. Seeing is believing.

Skid plates always a good thing. Shoulder harness another good safety touch.

New wheels look nice to for some more bling. Looks like a great upgrade.

Time will tell if they have take the MULE to a whole new level or just created another UTV like all the other manufacturers.

Wish I had the money to buy one, but perhaps not the 2014 model, more a 2015 model year.

I like most everything however, the digital "gauge" looks specialized to Kubota therefore= expensive to replace. The oil cooler in front of the engine fan is a mess for me. It is like this on my 2011 and it is terrible for sucking in grass from the seat side. It is just awful for me anyway.. Hopefully they will add a protective screen.............The engine fan just pulls in the dry grass- looks like a rat nest from a daily drive.... I guess you can say I don't think much of it. bordercollie

Spudhauler, I think I have that first rim on my 2011- the lugs are set deep and hard to get started but they do look sharp.

I like most of what I see, but...

a) They dropped M range. That's where I spend 95% of my time. Would have to get used to something else.
b) They don't come with Tommy's stick stoppers as OEM equipment.
