RTV X1100 and information sources

Hi,
First poster here, have 2 Kubota's, 2620 tractor and a RTV x1100, I am located in the Pacific North Wet. Both machines are great, the tractor has been mostly used for mowing and the RTV is yet to be used much, it is presently snowing here and I am waiting for UTV Hitchworks to get my order shipped or I would be out enjoying the heated cab and plowing the driveway and anything else I could find to have that kind of "fun". Here is my concern, the RTV is a new model for Kubota and although I now have a shop manual and a parts manual there are major pieces of information missing. The add on accessories that Kubota has offered so far are not in the shop manual or the parts manual, is that common to Kubota or simply a new model and paperwork needs to catch up, I have visited the dealer who sold it and talked to their service people, they have the same lack of information so far. Any suggestions on a "go to" for more hydraulic plumbing information? Would like to know that kind of information in advance to at the least decide to go with Kubota parts or aftermarket. I presently have enough parts ordered to add an auxiliary hydraulic pump, cooler and from UTV Hitchworks 4 hydraulic ports for front and rear of unit. Will also have the farmboy x, and the snowmax x., new lights on roof front and rear, warn 4.5 receiver mounted winch.

Thanks in advance for any help with this so far the information on this forum has been very helpful.

Richard

blk65brd, first of all welcome to the site, there are many informative individuals here who will answer or at least attempt to answer any question you might have. Your concern about available information on accessories is accurate. I actually called our local dealer about this again yesterday and they are more frustrated than we are. They say Kubota is hands down the best dealer to work with but absoultely the worst for documentation. The dealer says that Kubota has plans to start releasing more info to the public later this year. However I've heard that since 2008 when I purchased my first Kubota tractor.

The new 1100 x is such I nice machine I plan on upgrading when I can come up with the money. Sorry I don't have any info on what you are looking for enjoy your new machine Thanks Tim

Just wanted to welcome you to Net Tractor Talk. I can't answer your questions either but others here will eventually wander in and offer some insights.

Welcome to the forum. Kubota Corp. is not the best company when it comes to instruction, details, or documentation. While the manuals are helpful, they are anything but complete. This forum provides much insight and helpful information to end users. Sorry, I dont have any information on their new gadgets either. but, keep coming back and we'll try to help out the best we can.

Would like to welcome you to the forum.
There is much here to learn about your machines. I have found that the people

Being I am still kinda new here. Everyday, I learn more and more about my RTV.
