rtv x1100c won't move

It will be interesting to find out about the filters condition after you cut them and the condition/color of the drained fluid also. I never owned the 1100 series- wish I could help .

i just cut open both filters the orange one had nothing but the white suction filter had five white nylon pieces in it they are irregular shapes the largest is about the size of a popcorn kernel

it is easier simpler and cheaper to rebuild the hydro in frame. remove the rear cover first and then you see the valve block "hydro pump" swash plate and brass valve plates. you can asses damage and rebuild. i would remove the bed first.

well ive got it out and i can't find the source of the white nylon .the bearings are in there are fully intact but the bearings have some galled spots on them the motor and pump bearings both are galled the pump swash pump cradle bearings are scored the brass wear plates are wore more on the pump than the motor i'm wondering if is nylon is from a previous failure

is the nylon the same color and shape of the cages on the intact bearings? could be from another failure or could be from a hose or something else. what shape is the pump and motor plungers in?

yeah thats what i'm thinking is previous failure pump and plungers look good but i've added up the parts i think it needs and i'm at 1839.00 i just don't i've found the real problem yet i've just seen the damage it caused. i've found a used one out of a x1120 everything looks the same except there is a line that runs from the charge pump to the top of the housing i wish i knew if i could make it work and just change out the parts that are different does anyone know what the diiference is

sorry don't know. maybe different years? the only x1120 i have been around had the line you refer to but that has been quite a long time ago. are you considering taking the salvage unit apart and use the internals on your machine?

Thinking about just changing that line out putting the cap Over the valve off on mine that doesn’t have the Line and plugging Where it goes into the charge pump I’m gonna print out both parts breakdowns and compare them I’m a little worried about reusing mine cause I don’t think I’ve found the problem

i would reuse the line. what makes you think you think you haven't found the problem. from your description of the wear and from comparison to others who have had similar problems everything sounds about right. you didn't find any bearing parts in the case? did you? can you see the bearings on the input and output shafts where the come through the gearcase and into the hst?

can you take a pic of the stuff you found in the filter? what condition was your old charge pump in? could the stuff you found in the filter be a part of a failed charge pump?
